Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a consulting services role.
• A track record of successful implementation projects meeting targets and satisfying customers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prefer 3-5 years experience supporting infrastructure/operations management software in enterprise datacenters.
• Hands on experience with virtualization technologies from VMware, Microsoft, NetApp, Citrix, RedHat. VCP preferred
• Systems administration skills with Windows Server and/or Linux
• Integration scripting skills including Ruby, Perl, Powershell, JavaScript.
• Prefer experience with workflow tools, process automation and service catalogs.
• Knowledge of IT process methodologies e.g. ITIL and ITSM
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to coordinate across functional teams to deliver on solution objectives
• Undergraduate degree in either computer science or engineering

Responsibilities:

• Work with account teams to implement and support world class solutions for our customers.
• Collaboration on services proposals, SoW’s and project plans including requirements gathering, architectural and design proposal and delivery.
• Hands on delivery and implementation of technology in customer environments.
• Provide knowledge transfer and solution mentoring to customers
• Liaison with product management and support teams to understand product direction, features and best practices.
• Provide market and product feedback to product management and development teams.

Up to 75% travel required.
